Intenseye does not capture personally identifiable information from the visual data that we process. We exist to scale worker safety and protect their privacy.
Avoid line of fire injuries such as pedestrians in vehicle paths, nonuse of handrails, and working at heights violations.
What do we detect?
Safe work platforms do not include bookshelves, tables, and other random equipment. Reduce fall risks by vetting proper work surfaces and body positioning.
Contact with electricity or discharge area
Electrical panels and equipment may only be accessed by authorized personnel. Eliminate unauthorized contact through AI monitoring.
An unusual increase in workers located in a specific area may indicate an emergency. Implement the grouping feature on intenseye platform to trigger alerts when specified counts are exceeded.
Pedestrian way violation
Crossing manufacturing area boundaries and vehicle travel paths in unapproved locations sets the individual up for serious injury.
Working at heights requires precautions to prevent falls and serious injury. Trigger automated activations when workers ascend into elevated areas without a proper PPE.
Challenge and Goal
Maintaining three points of contact when ascending or descending stairs is essential to prevent a fall. Our customer identified stair use as a slip, trip, fall risk, as they had multiple stairways located throughout their facility. Our stair bannister use case can determine whether or not proper three points of contact are being used when ascending or descending stairs.
Upon initial implementation, they knew they had to drill down further as their stair bannister compliance was only at 27%. Using their alert data, they were able to determine that one staircase location was causing the majority of alerts.
By adding signage near the staircases, and retraining personnel in the area, they saw an increase in overall stair bannister compliance, raising their compliance to 96%. This risk reduction helps keep workers safe, by reducing the risk of a fall.

When we started the project with Intenseye, initially we have set the existing use cases and got great value from the platform by being able to see the hazards, unsafe acts & conditions, and our compliance rate per facility, area, and even per shift. After that, we have thought about how to use Intenseye’s technology with our existing manufacturing processes. With the involvement of relevant parties and Intenseye team, we were able to shut down the process line automatically when there is an unsafe act and unauthorized entry detected. That added great value to our health and safety management on-site and using the cutting-edge technology for our employees’ safety was also recognized by the Arcelik management and all our employees. We see Intenseye as a great partner to manage health and safety in our facilities and we believe that we will be coming up with many outstanding solutions with the Intenseye Team.
