Life at Intenseye

Company values

Our values guide every decision we make and shape how we work together. They define how we operate, collaborate, and grow—and we strive to live by them every day.

Build it.

We are all builders here. We build products, processes, and relationships. We create, experiment, learn, and improve together. Building is everyone’s job.

Be on it.

We do what we say we’ll do. We take ownership, communicate openly, and keep each other informed. We show up for one another and follow through.

Show up.

We show up with curiosity for our customers, teammates, and ourselves. We ask real questions, stay present, and never just go through the motions.

Care deeply.

We care about the people we work with and the lives we’re here to protect. We lead with empathy, support one another, and always put people first.

Raise the bar.

We never settle for good enough. We challenge ourselves to learn, improve, and grow. Small, consistent improvements add up to extraordinary results.
