ERGONOMICS

See ergonomic risk before it becomes injury.

Intenseye Ergonomics analyzes existing camera feeds to score posture risk with REBA and RULA across real work, not occasional observations. See where lift, reach, bend, twist, and repetitive-motion strain is building before it turns into injury.

THE SHORT ANSWER

What is Intenseye Ergonomics?

Intenseye Ergonomics detects and tracks the postures that become musculoskeletal disorders, scored continuously with REBA and RULA across six body regions, on the cameras you already run. No wearables, no observation backlog.

BUILT ON SCIENCE

Validated scoring, adapted to your floor.

Intenseye Ergonomics uses trusted REBA and RULA assessment methods to score posture risk across every camera and shift. For the rules unique to your operation, teams can describe what to watch for in plain language and apply it without model training.

DEFINE A RULE
Describe a rule
Alert me when anyone holds an overhead reach for more than 30 seconds on the trim line.
Got it - new rule "Trim · sustained overhead reach." I'll score the 4 trim-line cameras and flag any hold past 30 seconds. Apply it?
Rule live on 4 cameras · Trim line
REBA & RULA, continuous

The same validated scores an ergonomist assigns in a walkthrough - computed on every frame, every shift, not once a year with a clipboard.

Six body regions, separately

Neck, trunk, legs, upper arms, lower arms, and wrists - each scored on its own, so you know which joint carries the risk and which task drives it.

Tuned to your floor

Calibrated to your cameras, angles, stations, and shifts - and your team's feedback on each assessment keeps sharpening it.

Verified improvement

Risk duration, assessment duration, and compliant duration tracked per high-score body part and high-risk area.

WHAT IT MEASURES

Make ergonomic risk visible, measurable, and reducible.

Move beyond one-off ergonomic assessments. Track where strain builds across real work and whether changes are reducing exposure over time.

Trunk & backThe region behind most lost-time MSDs - flexion, twist, and side bend, scored on every frame.

CASE STUDY

How AKA Automotive cut MSD cases by 71.82%

AKA Automotive replaced manual REBA and RULA assessments with Intenseye's Ergonomics AI to tackle rising musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) cases. Within a single reporting cycle, they:

Scored every working body in real time, flagging at-risk tasks as measurable REBA and RULA values

Acted on flagged scores - installed a hoist system, redesigned assembly chairs and tables, and adjusted welding-station bench heights

Delivered 708 man-hours of additional ergonomics training, then confirmed the gains through periodic health screenings

71.82%
reduction in MSD cases reported to the occupational physician

Cases fell from 362 in 2023 to 102 in 2024 (Jan-Sep), backed by targeted engineering fixes and 708 man-hours of ergonomics training.

ONE CONNECTED PLATFORM

Catch it, stop it, prove it - on one platform.

Ergonomics runs inside the platform's detection engine. Every assessment flows into the products that act on it and prove the program works - one source of truth, not seven tools.

What can Intenseye Ergonomics detect?
Continuous REBA and RULA scoring across six body regions - neck, trunk, legs, upper arms, lower arms, and wrists. It surfaces trunk flexion and twist, overhead reach, floor-level and awkward lifts, static postures, wrist deviation, and high-frequency repetition - plus any custom ergonomic rule you describe - on the cameras you already run.
How is this different from wearables or annual assessments?
Nothing is worn and nothing is scheduled. An annual walkthrough scores a job once; a wearable covers one worker at a time. Ergonomics scores every posture on camera, every shift - so you get risk duration by body region, station, and shift, and the camera verifies whether a fix actually changed the posture.
Does it work with our existing cameras?
Yes. Ergonomics runs on the CCTV you already own - no wearables, no rip-and-replace. You only add Sentinel devices where a normal camera can't see: low light, depth, or outdoor.
Do you use facial recognition?
No. Footage is processed on-site and anonymized - figures are blurred and never identified. Ergonomics scores postures and stations, never individuals. It's SOC 2 Type II and GDPR aligned.
How accurate is the scoring?
REBA and RULA are the same validated methods your ergonomics team already uses - computed per body region, continuously. Scoring is calibrated to your cameras, angles, and stations, and your team's feedback on individual assessments keeps tuning it to your floor.
