Does Intenseye work with the cameras in our plant?
Yes - about 90% of IP cameras across 200+ brands, out of the box. Add Sentinel only where a normal camera can't see - Depth for robot cells and presses, Thermal for weld-cell hot work.
How does it prevent an injury at a robot cell or press?
It detects the intrusion or reach-in the instant it happens, warns the worker, and can trigger Hard Stop to halt the robot or press in about 0.8 seconds.
Does it stop the line - what about takt?
It intervenes only on real, imminent risk. By catching hazards early and cutting the events that force emergency e-stops, it's designed to reduce unplanned line stops - not add them.
Do you use facial recognition?
No. Everything is processed on-site, anonymized, with no facial recognition or biometric identification - SOC 2 Type II.
How fast do results show?
Most plants see measurable risk reduction in under six months - fewer unsafe acts, fewer recordables and MSDs, and an audit-ready leading-indicator record.
